The challenge of the week: Make a dress for 13 women who know what they want! Yea! I would have been freaked out too if I were the designers! This usually means they have to design something for plus size women, mom's, or the dreaded bridezillas! Luckily it was a challenge that included their models as the clients. They were to make an outfit for the models to standout at an industry party. Seems simple enough! To tell you the truth....I disliked more of the dresses than I liked. My favorite was Carol Hannah's but I also liked Althea's. The judges agreed and made Althea the winner. The only other ones I liked were Gordana's and Nicolas' designs. Everyone else did just so so (to me...a non fashionista in anyway!)
The four judges, Heidi, Zoe Glassner, Jennifer Rade, and Marc Bouwer, all agreed about the worse dresses. Johnny, Logan and Qristyl were in the bottom. Luckily for Logan his silver pants (and I'm guessing: HOT ASS) saved him from elimination this week. Bye bye Qristyl ... and take your plain black cheap dress with you, even the model who claimed to love it didn't dare put it back on for the industry party!
P.S. Two things:
1. Is it just me, or could anyone else see Althea's models nips the whole time?!?
and
2. Heidi's obsession with boobs was hilarious! "They have to be perky, and they have to be in the right spot!"
